About Us

Sucre Coeur Eats and Ink are Karen and Dave, but we hope to grow our community to include involvement of designers who would like to get involved in the work we produce.

Karen and Dave are married (to each other). They met whilst working in a restaurant. He was a chef and she was a waitress, but they hit it off anyway!

Karen then studied and trained as an animator and Dave studied and worked in the publishing industry.

Sucre Coeur Eats and Ink is a return to their passion for great food and super sharp design using the skills they have built up in the intervening years since those first days in the restaurant.
